To really cool driver, who originally relocated from Mitcham, U.K. who picked up an English family of 4 (with wheelchair) from the Animal Kingdom (10June 4.15/4:45 pm) and dropped us off at Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House, we left the armrest/side of the wheelchair in your cab. Stupidly, we did not take the number of your cab. We logged this as soon as we got back to our hotel on Friday, but sadly had very little feedback from Mears lost and found, and we are leaving the resort on Wednesday to transfer to St Petersburg.... We can't use the chair without the side/armrest. Any chance you can check the trunk of your cab, cheers mate. Your help would be greatly appreciated

I have a private van reserved for 8 people and just found out there will be a 9th person joining us. When I try to book for 9 the website tells me there is nothing available. Will the private vans hold 9 people? They appear to be 15 passenger vans. Trying to figure out if we need to split up or not. Thanks!!! PS. We had a great experience using your service last January!!
I will be visiting universal studios FL with my family but we also want to visit two Disney parks. Does mears provide transportation from universal studios to animal kingdom and then back to universal. Please let me know.
Clearly, we aren't the only ones who have had this problem--here's the nightmare we encountered. We scheduled a roundtrip schedule service to and from the airport and our hotel, A MONTH IN ADVANCE. When we flew into the airport, we had no problems taking the shuttle to our hotel. However, that's where our luck ran out. The morning of our flight out, we called Mears to make sure everything was still good to go for our scheduled pick up time that afternoon. The woman on the phone said that absolutely, our shuttle would be there at 5:15 to take us to the airport. At around 5, she called us back to let us know that a storm had delayed their shuttles so she had sent a taxi to pick us up, and that he was right around the corner, he'd be there in less than 5 minutes, and since we had scheduled our pickup, we wouldn't have to pay for the taxi. 5:30 rolls around, and there isn't a taxi anywhere in sight. Frantic and stressed, we got an Uber to pick us up. Fast forward to 5:45, while we are en route to the airport in our Uber, we got a call from the taxi. We told him we were already on our way to the airport, that we clearly would not need his service, and that we wanted a refund for the trip, since Mears' service failed. His response was "Oh, I thought you were paying me cash or credit for the ride." I'M SORRY WHAT?! THEN he told us to mail in (like snail mail) a letter stating what was wrong, why we are requesting a refund, and the receipts, and we would receive a refund...maybe. We finally convinced him to give us the customer service e-mail address, that would be the most efficient way to get in touch with them. Why can't something like this be handled over the phone? Poor customer service. It's now two weeks and three e-mails to the customer service department, and I have yet to get a response. I'm guessing that's because their e-mail is so backed up with customer's demanding a refund for failed service, they don't have time to respond to all. The lack of communication, preparedness, and punctuality on Mears' end is astounding. Do not, under any circumstances, attempt to travel with Mears (I say attempt because you won't actually get to travel with them even though you pay to). What a rip off.Take an Uber folks--it's cheaper, and your ride will actually arrive.
Your drive Randy Porter was a pleasure to ride with. He was very friendly and engaged everyone in the bus with Disney trivia. So far I have had two driver from your company and they both have been great. I only wish I had my first drivers last name. Her name was Maria and she was great too! I look forward to traveling with your company again.
Scheduled pickup online a few days before my vacation was scheduled. Pickup to leave the hotel to go back to airport was scheduled for 10:10am @ around 10:30 shuttle finally arrived & was overbooked, I was left there & all your driver could say was sorry I have to go. Called your number to complain & they offered to send me a taxi that I was going to have to pay for myself & was told to send in my receipts to get a refund of what I paid to Mears really unacceptable! Got disconnected & had to call back & was told an SUV would be by to pick me up, got to the SUV & that was full after he had stuffed it with luggage, driver had to rearrange everything just to fit me in. Will NEVER use Mears again, thanks for my horrible first trip to Florida experience! 😡
Paid for and scheduled a 10am pick to head to the airport to fly home. Picked up 25 minutes late after having to call to find out where our shuttle is. Still had to pick up two other groups. Praying we make our flight as are the other passengers who were all picked up late as well. How do you schedule a shuttle 48 hours in advance and still not be prepared? After reading all of the terrible reviews, when will your company get it together? We'll never use Mears again.
This is SO LONG past due, but I just stumbled upon my driver's business card tonight while cleaning up... While on a business trip to Orlando, FL, I was finishing up a night of work/business dinner at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center when I hopped in a cab from your company. My driver (according to the card) was Lucas #82852 and his phone number 407-709-9979... professional from the get go, but that isn't why I'm leaving this comment. As soon as I got in the cab, I received a call from my fiancée informing me that a friend of mine from work had just passed away. Obviously very distraught and sad, Lucas drove me to my hotel while I sobbed like a baby. As we approached the hotel, and I realized I needed to pay and end my short ride, a mere $7 transaction, Lucas motioned to me that he would get out of the cab and let me finish my conversation in peace. He waited patiently while I finished speaking to my fiancée, and as I departed the cab and went to pay him, he graciously denied my fare and wholeheartedly apologized for my loss and said the fare was on him. In this extremely sad and lonesome moment, Lucas treated me as a friend and more than a "fare", and I'll never forget him for that. As corny as this note may seem, I truly believe that my lost friend's presence was present in that moment through Lucas. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for being a true gentleman that evening. I will hold onto your card and DEFINITELY call when back down there (As well as share with my friends and family). Sincerely, Scott

Great service over the phone, easy to change my reservation and get information. The shuttle driver needed a more advanced system for checking routes. Was very unclear in telling passengers where we were going next and did not I still confidence in us as passengers- very important at 2:30 in the morning.
