Our ultimate goal is to provide individuals as well as groups of all ages, the basic tools and knowledge of meditation of the mind training techniques, and increase awareness of the benefits of a regular practice of mind meditation. We believe peace starts within and will grow outwards to the society, and meditation has a major role to play in the shift from chaos to a more peaceful living environment, both individually and collectively.
