Hill sprints! Pre season training ! Doing them pyramid style with rest ! Hill sprints or beach sprints are amazing for working on your speed and power they just add that extra resistance that you need! Circuit training class Saturday's Easy class 10:00-10:40 Medium/Difficult 10:45 - 11:30 Clients who are on a 4 x monthly session plan it's £5 extra pound a month and you can come to as many Saturday circuit sessions that month as you want Non clients - £5 a class This Saturday ! 10 in a class maximum - spaces are available !!! New Price List New price Bundles +spaces available for sessions (preferably day times ) Training with me you will get : -Nutritional information -Motivating and specific sessions to your fitness goals -Saturday circuit (30 minute (HIIT class ) sessions if you book in. Free of charge for all clients paying for 8 sessions a month ( 2014 clients Paying for 4 sessions just an extra £10 and 2015 clients it's an extra £5 a month / 2016 clients it's involved in your bundle ) - Fitness Programme - someone you can contact to help you along the way :) All 2014 clients you are paying the same as you always have for 4 & 8 sessions a month. If you are on the 4 sessions a month plan but want to do the circuit class it's going to be £10 extra a month . If you are paying the full 8 session then no more is needed to be paid. All 2015 & 2016 clients that have booked in before 31/12/2015 you are paying the same as you always have for 4 & 8 sessions a month. If you are on the 4 sessions a month plan but want to do the circuit class it's going to be £5 extra a month . If you are paying the full 8 session then no more is needed to be paid. 2016 clients ( Booked after 1st of Jan) 4 sessions a month + sat circuit £90 8 sessions a month + sat circuit £185 Circuits start Saturday the 9th of January 10:00 -10:40 and second class 10:45 to 11:25 :) You have to book in to get a space!
