Are you booked to live at Mercia Lodge for 15/16? If the answer is yes then please check your emails :-) You should have all received an email asking to let us know when you are moving in. We have just had a large standard studio become available for £135.00 per week on a 51 week contract, if you are interested please email mercialodge@crm-students.com, the studio will be offered on a first come basis :-)

Many of you are already enquiring about how to pay for your rent for your 2015/16 booking at Mercia Lodge. Payment can be easily made through your online student portal under the 'financials' tab, alternatively if you wish to pay by bank transfer then please email mercialodge@crm-students.com for the Mercia Lodge bank details. Thanks :-)

We will be returning a number of parcels back to the original sender today as we have a number of parcels that have been sat at reception uncollected for a number of months. If you think that one of these may be yours then please come and collect them from the office before 5pm today. Thanks :-)

You would have received an email at the end of last week to say that Nationwide will be around site all this week PAT testing. They will require entry to all rooms and will enter with a key card if you are not in :-)

Students of Mercia Lodge.... Can we please ask for those of you who are leaving out of hours and are choosing the option to post your keys through to reception that you put your key card and post box key in an envelope with your ROOM NUMBER ON. We have had several cards and post box keys posted through and we have no idea who they belong to! If you are unsure of the process in anyway then please speak to the office, thanks :-)
