Description

Hosted at Donington Park Circuit, the School of Race Mechanics teaches race car mechanics over 10 weekends between 19th November and 5th February 2016. This hands-on, pit garage practical and classroom lessons are taught by successful race car mechanics, still working in motorsport today. Our MIA School of Race Mechanics is offering 20 places on this employer-supported programme which includes 160 hours of learning. The course offers you the chance to learn from guys who are keen to share their experiences. Topics covered: The topics will allow students to tackle any challenge and fix any problem under the typical time restraints of a racing weekend and will include organised tours to race teams. Race car students will work on GT, Touring and Formula cars for knowledge of open and closed wheel racing. The school will be running a course for Race Bike Mechanics in 2017.
