In order for the Hotel and its resulting numerous community benefits to become a reality, Miami Beach voters must vote YES! #60 on March 15, 2016. Community benefits that will result from the Hotel, if approved by voters, include: - Delivering an estimated average of $24.6 million in annual lease and tax payments to the City - Creating an estimated 1,470 direct and indirect local jobs - Growing Miami Beach’s status as an international destination - Will not use a cent of taxpayer dollars
