Hi. My name is Samantha and I am a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach in South Beach, Miami Beach, Brickell, and North Bay Village area. I love helping people get fit, lose weight, and look better. Since a very young age, I’ve been active in sports and general fitness. It is something that will be with me throughout my entire life. I am a goal-oriented person. Having goals and having someone to be accountable to will be a huge part of your success, whether you are training for a competition or just want to look and feel better. I also have a great deal of experience working with pre and post natal women. I feel strongly about the importance of exercising through your pregnancy for optimal health and believe everybody has the ability to bounce back after if the right program is followed. I’ve been through it myself and now have an awesome baby and I have my body back! I love to blog about different fitness topics. You will see a lot on weight loss since it is so interesting and fun to talk about.
