Our adult program teaches the authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu System (Ip man lineage)passed down from the generations.It covers all three original forms, the Mok Jong (Wooden Dummy) Form, the two weapon forms, and all the techniques,applications, and drills that lead up to Chi Sao "Sticky Hands"/ Chi Gerk (Leg techniques) training. What makes this program unique is the method the instructors use to lead the students in learning how to "feed" or train their partner. Ex: Instructors teach basic fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, and grappling to students, in order to cover all the ranges of fighting and how to deal with the unpredictable "what if" factor of street self defense. Miami Wing Chun Kung Fu School prides itself in teaching everyone the history, beauty and science behind the original Art of Wing Chun, while bringing a "real world" training method and curriculum......
