Michel's Patisserie Pender Place takes pride in being locally owned by a franchisee who lives in Maitland City centre. We employ local Maitland staff who enjoy the challenge of making coffee the "Michel's Way". This is possible by our own Barista Trainers training our staff instore to reach qualifications in ascending levels of achievements in coffee making. We have just been named Coffee Shop of the Year 2012, by the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards. For the second year in a row, Michel's Patisserie customers were the most satisfied of all Coffee Shops according to the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Monitor.
