Military Fit - WI provides a military oriented physical fitness workouts along with self defense and firearms training.
Military Fit Focuses on Military Fitness for anyone interested. We specifically cater to young men and women who are about to enter the military. We specialize in Boot Camp Oriented Classes, Military Cross Fit, Self Defense Tactics along with Firearms Training. Of course these classes are open to anyone who is up for the challenge. Classes are held from 5pm-7pm on Tuesdays at the Fitness Asylum in Milwaukee. They are also held on Saturdays from 10am-1pm on Saturdays locations and days vary. If you would like to schedule a specific type of training please feel free to contact us.

Had 3 future marines and 2 future navy show up for a run ruck swim today. They did 20 minutes of grinder PT, ran 1 mile, rucked 2 miles, swam 500 meters and did some pool drills. Whatever your goals future military/law enforcement/fire department or just want to get into better shape, we can help.
