Description

Milk Bar opens for the summer in Rotterdam! It's a project bar for the summer in the center of Rotterdam serving a variety of milks and smoothies made of as locally as possible ingredients. You can make your own choice of milk and ingredients, we'll make them fresh right in front of you. Milk Bar is also our test how local business and initiative can have an impact on making of a vibrant city. We're working together with other local business to make this temporary project more of long-term effects. Come and enjoy our drinks! Opening 29 Jun 2012 from 5pm Open Tue-Fri 8am-6pm Milk Bar is a project of 5 students; Wei-Hsun Chen, Kyong Kim, Minsun Kim, Dasha Martynova, and Foteini Mermygka As part of International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam, we're transforming Riverside Gallery--formerly Riverside Club--into Milk Bar. This project is made possible by supports of INSIDE(Master of Interior Architecture) at Royal Academy of Arts and Test Site: Rotterdam (International Architecture Biennale 2012).
