Miller & Carter has opened their first city centre restaurant in Scotland which will be located on St. Vincent Street, Glasgow. The site is a stone’s throw from Buchanan Street and George Square in a former post office with a stunning ornate glass domed ceiling and marbled pillars alongside oak panelled walls which will be converted into a stylish 180 cover restaurant with a separate private dining room and the addition of our first ‘butchers block steak school table’ for showcasing our amazing products as Miller & Carter seeks to increase its presence throughout the UK.
