My name is Millie and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I live with my husband and our two young daughters near St George’s Park. I have a Level 3 qualification in working with children, and I am Level 3 Forest School Leader. My husband Sam is registered as my assistant childminder, and together we offer childcare from our home. Sam is a qualified primary school teacher, and we both have up-to-date DBS checks and paediatric first aid training. I am passionate about offering high quality childcare, with an emphasis on attachment theory and outdoor learning. I believe children need plenty of time out in nature and warm relationships in order to thrive. At our house children benefit from: • Caring, responsive adults and strong relationships. • Forest School sessions in a local woodland and nature reserve. • Time on our dedicated childminding allotment. • Outings to local parks, museums and attractions. • Membership to @Bristol, The Children’s Scrapstore & Bristol Zoo. • Organic food and homemade meals. • Mixed age group with children aged 1 to 4 years. • Free Early Education Entitlement for 3 & 4 year olds, and qualifying 2 year olds. • Based in a nice family home, with a playroom and a garden.
