Level 2 Gym Instructor Level 3 Personal Trainer Licenced Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (SNLP, IANLPC, ILM) Certified & Accredited Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (IANLPC, ILM) Certified & Accredited Hypnotherapy Practitioner (BIH, IANLPC, ILM) Certificate of Achievement in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy Training (International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy) The aim is on providing life changing services through the use of Personal Training, Nutrition, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy. Having fun and getting results is at the heart of everything I do. I believe health and fitness to be one of the pillars on which a balanced & happy life rests upon. It adds immensely to our quality of life. My commitment to my clients is to help them become the absolute best version of themselves possible. Empowering clients to take that first step out of their comfort zone to begin to explore what is possible for them. Helping clients smash any limiting beliefs they have about themselves and helping them realise that they are much more than they think they are. A truly rewarding process through the correct use of Exercise, Nutrition, Neuro-Lingustic Programming and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
