About MODify Salon: Brianna Christie is the owner and founder of MODify salon. A graduate from the Aveda Institute, Brianna launched her career in 2002, moving to the Netherlands as a Newdawn Aveda educator. Returning to the U.S., Brianna built a successful career at Haven Salon and established a valuable reputation in the hair industry. At Haven, Brianna proved herself as a leader in her field, training and developing many up and coming stylists. Taking pride in her commitment to educational achievement, Brianna stays up to date on current industry trends advancing her skills and expertise; she frequents classes around the country, including Dr. Hauschka’s facial training and advanced color and hair cutting courses for the purpose of offering her clients the most modern, up to date options for hair and skin. In conducting thorough consultations, Brianna takes the time to connect with each of her clients and deliver the hair they will feel and look their best in. Tammy Boots performs hair, skin care, and massage services using flower and plant-based products. She is pleased to introduce two new services. The first one is consultations using kinesiology and flower essence remedies to balance emotional conditions, and the second service she is introducing is tarot card readings. Tammy graduated with honors from the Aveda Institute in 1995. Since, she has continued to expand her education by independently studying metaphysics, nutrition, detoxification, and Chinese Medicine theory. Places she has worked over the years include: Metamorphos Salon, Jon Oulman Salon, 72 Degrees Salon, Salon De Quartier (Brooklyn, NY), Area Day Spa (Brooklyn, NY), Salon E, Haven (managed and trained for over 6 years), The Uptown Hair District, Moe Bodyworks, The Firm Minneapolis, Your Boat Club, and Wave Salon. Tammy is excited to bring this experience forward to help create a rejuvenating environment at MODify with Brianna Christie.
