Hello Everyone & thanks for stopping by! I’ve put together a short little bio to help you all get to know me a little bit better – so here it goes! Born and raised in Hamilton, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Guelph in 2010. After moving home to “The Hammer” and heading into the Insurance Industry for a year and a half I decided to chase my dream and head back to school. Moments -by Lauren launched in the summer of 2012 and by the time fall rolled around I had dove head first into the photography world and haven’t looked back. Graduating from the Mohawk College Creative Photography – Still and Motion program in the spring of 2014, I’ve found myself more in love with photography then the day I started. I’m a Canon girl – and have been since I was shooting with a point and shoot almost 10 years ago. I’ve always loved being behind the camera and truly enjoy shooting anything that cathes my eye whether it is a growing family or on a walk through downtown. I love laughter, light, lens flares and nothing more then love itself. I pursue those moments that you didn’t think I could catch; those same ones you are so thankful that I did. I strive to give the best experience a client can find; from the time you inquire until the time the final prints are delivered. Meeting new people and finding out what makes them who they are is one of the greatest parts of my job – while capturing their memories is just the cherry on top.
