Great – you had a baby, attended some mommy and baby fitness classes and now what? In between running after your toddler, trying to get things organized around the house and possibly squeezing in a job, that doesn’t leave much time for working out. That is why we are excited to offer a one of a kind mommy and toddler class, especially designed to give mommies an intense workout that includes cardio, muscular conditioning, circuits and zumba while you watch your toddler have fun at the amazing facility at Hop Hop Jump. This class includes a 45 min challenging workout inside a kids paradise full of balls, slides, climbing structures, toys and much more allowing your toddler to burn off some of their endless energy. The last 15 minutes includes some fun interactive games, songs and story-time with your toddler. Come join the class and teach your toddler the importance of daily exercise while having a blast!
