We care about your children as much as you do At Moo Moo Childcare, the children we care for are treated as individuals. Parents and carers together complete your child’s profile form when they enrol at the setting. This gives us an individual profile of your child when they start at Moo Moo Childcare. This give us an insight into their life, habits, likes and dislikes to ensure we are providing a personal, happy and caring service. Working together At Moo Moo Childcare we believe in working together. We encourage you and your child to visit us prior to taking their place. This gives you and your child a chance to explore their new childcare setting with a sense of security, whilst allowing parents a chance to ask us any questions they may have. Safeguarding & Security I have personally done my very best to ensure that my childcare setting is safe and secure, we ask parents to help maintain this by ensuring they close all gates/doors on arrival and departure. This is a home based childcare setting so without turning it into a fortress I have made reasonable adjustments to ensure high levels of security and safety. (see Policies & Procedures for our Safeguarding Policy) All staff have received the highest training available and is updated and reviewed regularly. All staff have hold an enhanced DBS clearance certificate and other background checks to ensure they are suitable people to look after children. After all, Child safety is my highest priority. Behaviour Our approach to discipline is one of fairness and firmness. Children are encouraged to think about their actions through quiet reasoning. Rules exist to ensure the safety and well-being of all children and staff. A full behaviour policy is available on request. After all, the Children are here to have fun and learn as the children grow! Prices You will find that our prices are low and affordable. I am graded “Good” by Ofsted. I pride myself on being able to offer much more for far less compared to other childcare providers in the area.
