For Life - After Racing The TRC offers a secure future for ex-racehorses, whether that be successful racehorses at the natural end of their career or those that retire from racing through injury, temperament or lack of ability. The TRC takes these horses and appropriately re-trains them with the aim of re-homing them to loan homes for the rest of their lives. Over the years the TRC has re-homed well over 300 horses to homes where they continue to lead appropriate post-racing careers whether that be simply hacking and pleasure riding to competitive homes in any discipline.
