General Info

All of our week day groups leave at 5:30pm from Movin' Shoes Mondays: The Monday group is geared toward beginning to intermediate runners. They run approximately 3 to 5 miles at 9:30-12:00 minute pace. This fun, social group is perfect for anyone looking for some extra support and encouragement or for anyone in need of a great group of running partners! Tuesdays: The Tuesday group averages 5-7 miles at various paces. This is a good fit for intermediate to advanced runners. Thursdays: Our womens' running group is full of energy and enthusiasm. The pace varies from walkers to 8:30/minute runners and distances range from 3 to 6 miles. We add optional yoga sessions to the end of many of our runs.
