Gray grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Professional experiences in New York City, Los Angeles and the Napa Valley exposed him to a variety of regional American flavors and techniques which he incorporates at his new restaurant, which opened in November 2013. Gray employs a “full-circle approach”, with a belief that “what comes around, goes around.” Committed to sustainable sourcing and working with local growers and artisan producers every day, recycling and eco-friendly practices form the core of his personal and business philosophies. Outdoor patio and dining terraces, split level dining and bars, provides many dining options year-round. Eco-friendly building materials accented with local art, natural leathers, and reclaimed wood fill the space with interesting touches to compliment the handcrafted menu offerings. The open kitchen is the perfect place to showcase the diverse menu filled with everythign from whimsical starters to seriously delicious grilled meats, fishes, and burgers.
