We're an award-winning family confectioners based in Scotland, who make the yummiest, high quality fudge & tablet on the market! www.mrstillysdirect.co.uk In 1997, Peter and Elisabeth Paterson started the company Tilly Confectionery, after recognising there was a niche in the market for a traditional high quality Scottish tablet. Today, Tilly Confectionery is better known as Mrs Tilly’s. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves in the production of high quality confectionery, using traditional methods and only the finest of ingredients. Most importantly, not one of our products contain any artificial additives or preservatives. We are constantly using this unique selling point, as well as our years of expertise, to continue to make our products even better. We believe that it is our passion, coupled with the wonderful taste of our products, that makes our fudge and tablet so loved. Unlike many businesses, Peter and Elisabeth set out to favour flavour over longevity. They refused to compromise on taste by adding preservatives, even though this meant reducing the shelf life. 18 years on, we still love what we, and we're looking forward to continuing to create great-tasting confectionary for many years to come!
