Our first recipe for 2015. Basil and pistachio dip. Ingredients. 2 tablespoons of basil leaves. 2 teaspoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons of wa pistachios. 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 clove garlic. 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese. Method. Place all ingredients into a chopper bowl and process. Serve with. Cut up vegies or crackers come to the markets this Saturday to get the pistachios and other ingredients looking forward to seeing you there cheers lorna

Recipe- garlic prawns. Come down on Saturday and get them from ricciardi seafood. Ingredients. Olive oil 6 garlic cloves sliced 2 small red chilli chopped, add more if desired. 24 green prawns, shelled, tails intact. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tbspn white wine. Hand chopped flat leaf parsley. Method. Pour oil into a small frying pan or dish to about 1.5 cm deep. Heat oil over medium - high heat. Add garlic , chilli and prawns, they should start sizzling immediately. Cook for 15 seconds then turn the prawns over. Add the salt, pepper wine and parsley, sizzle for a few minutes then serve straight away! Enjoy thanks Helen for recipe.
