Muay Thai is a striking martial art that uses fists, elbows, knees and legs. This art of 8 limbs increases speed, endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Aimed at beginner to intermediates, classes include a fun, challenging workout and the basics of standup fighting. Expect lots of partner work - so bring a friend! The club strives to build mentally and physically high performing student athletes with a strong sense of philanthropy and the maturity to handle their martial art appropriately. Don't be intimidated! Anyone can do Muay Thai with a little hard work! Tell your friends! Fee Schedule: *1 term, 14 Week Program* 1 class/week = $65 2 classes/week = $110 The membership fee covers the whole term DROP IN FOR A FREE TRIAL CLASS!!!
