Hi my name is Denise Wesley and I am a qualified Remedial Massage. I also hold a certificate in Modern day cupping. I have spent two years working in with Physiotherapist and currently operate my business from within Kevin Clifford osteopath. Both places have enabled me to gain experience and insight into different medical conditions and the effects that everyday day life and stress has on the body. Whether It be relaxation or remedial massage call 63 315433 or book online at Kevin Clifford Osteopath. Alternatively I can be contacted on 0438143959 to make an appointment at my home residence.

Here is some handy little tips for helping to relieve that tired aching back or sore quads or maybe sore feet from being in heels all day. Get that old tennis ball out that you have lurking round in your back yard and position it between your back and wall, avoid direct contact with your spine and slowly move up and down and side to side massaging away any muscle tightness you may have. Alternatively, place ball on top of quads working your way from knee to thigh. Also feels great placed underneath arch of foot and rolling back and forth on

I have recently been and done a modern day cupping course. There are lots of benefits of cupping and they can be used effectively for treating many conditions.Cupping is great for improving blood flow, effective in releasing muscles and soft tissues that have become tight due to injury and stress and also where there has been restricted mobility caused by injury which has left adhesions and fascia congestion. So if you are unsure and have never experienced cupping, then come and see me, I think you will be pleasantly surprised
