We are a Hairdressers and Hair Loss Clinic based in Westbourne, Bournemouth. We believe that you, our client, deserve unparalleled advice & exceptional service in a fantastic salon environment. We treat you as an individual & not just a number. We give the best advice and solutions to match your needs. Please note: We require clients to have a patch test for any colour/tint service a minimum of 48 hrs before appointments, these will need to be updated every 6 months. Appointments cannot go ahead without this. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or no-show for an appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment value. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced.
