Working small back muscles for better posture? Instead of "x sets of y repetitions", try "x sets of y second holds". Greater muscle tension = improved ability to hold postural form. #mytrainersays

My first suggestion to someone on the gym floor? Reduce the weight of each lift by 30%, and focus on the movement instead - the FULL movement, with FULL range of motion. So many I see are strong in only 50% of a muscle's length. And it shows. #mytrainersays
