I am a holistic nutritionist and I help people who have white patches of skin (Vitiligo) stop the frustration and balance their bodies through nutrition.

Description

I have had vitiligo since I was 9 years old and it spread considerably during puberty. I understand the frustration one feels as a result of this skin condition. I decided to take an initiative and start learning about holistic nutrition by going back to school at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. My goal is to find solutions that help the body heal naturally through food and targeted supplements along with lifestyle changes. I look forward to sharing my insights with you.
