Gym is always the answer😜 Gym is my stress release, my me time. I put my music on, zone out people and go hard! People ask me.. How do you find the time?? My response; I make the time. I'll get up early for fasted cardio if I have to. I'll meal prep my food on my only day off or late before I go to bed, to make sure I succeed with my goals! Happiest of Saturday's with my Burrito😁 There's always ways to eat cleaner outside of meal prep! It's all about making the right choices☝🏼️ Don't be afraid to ask for what YOU want, and what your body needs!! Post gym chicken burrito -took out the rice -doubled the chicken-unmarinated (need the extra protein for the amount and intensity I train) 🙊 -no sour cream -no guac ☹️ -no sauce Just chicken breast shredded, black beans and salads in a wrap yummmm Normally I would down a burrito with the lot... But I have a photoshoot coming up so I'm trying to be a good girl! #burritoislife #burritoislove #burrito

What motivated me today? YOU! Thank you!! Everyone's support helped me get out of bed early (5am) and go for an hour fasted cardio walk! Something which I have been struggling to do for the past few weeks Followed by a clean choc protein smoothy 😁 Recipe ⬇️ -Half cup egg whites -Half cup almond milk -1 scoop choc whey protein isolate -chia seeds 2 teaspoons -3 strawberries -Small hand of blueberries -Cinnamon This is quite high in protein, but for more my day to day activity it is the perfect way to start the day!! Beautiful Snapper Rocks this morning 😍
