There's no prize for guessing that we love flame grilled PERi-PERi-chicken. It makes our world go round! Whether you are eating in our restaurant with friends or family, having a boys/girls night out or getting a take-away, the very taste of our famous PERi-PERi-chicken and the warmth and pride with which we deliver it, are proof of our passion. But what is PERi-PERi and where do our chickens come from? Our Chickens: All our whole chickens are farmed in the UK and delivered FRESH (never frozen)to our restaurants. To give you the great PERi-PERi-taste all our chickens are marinated for 24 hours in our natural PERi-PERi sauce. Every chicken is grilled to order over an open flame, which also reduces fat content, and basted to your taste to control the spiciness!!
