Malaysian Food is not one particular kind of food but a unique culinary spectrum originating from Malaysia’s multi-ethnic population of Malay, Chinese, Indian, Nyonya, Eurasian, and many other ethnic groups that has melded together. Sampling tastes, ingredients and cooking methods from each other, and taking the best part of each to create new flavours and creating a fusion in between cuisine and cultures.
