Terms and Conditions Booking Payments: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your requested dates, the 50% balance is required to be paid 4 weeks from date of check in. If booking and staying within 4 weeks immediate full payment is required. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations at any time up to 14 days prior to check in a fee of $50 is payable. Between 14 and 2 days prior to check in a fee of $50 per night booked is payable. Within 48 Hrs prior to check in the full fee is payable unless we are able to re-book for the same period OR transfer your booking to an alternative date. All cancellations must be made in writing to Napier Street Guesthouse. Please note at time of check in you will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee against any loss or damages to the property. ie: A fee of $195 will be charged for loss of house keys or roller door remote.
