Nappy Stash Auctions is an online auction site for the buying, selling and swapping of new and preloved real cloth nappies. We look to promote the use and reuse of cloth nappies as an economical, environmental and cute alternative to disposible nappies, by finding good homes (and bums!) for reusable nappies which are no longer needed. Having used many of the existing forums to buy and sell cloth nappies over the past 3 years, we have created a site which we believe solves many of the problems currently found in the world of preloved nappy sales. 1. Paypal and postage fees Anyone is free to use our site, however we will ask sellers to list their nappies and then send all nappies to us. This allows the buyers on our site to combine postage on all purchases dispatched by us. Sellers do have the option however of dispatching their own items through our site 2. Nappy Condition We will independently review any nappies which are sent to us and ensure the visible condition matches the listing. Nappies will be scored against a list of criteria which will determine whether condition is Excellent, Very Good etc. 3. Choice We aim to have at least 50% of our items available as auction listings, reducing the "fastest finger first" nature of some selling boards. We will also offer Nappy Trial Kits to allow buyers to try various nappy types for a hire fee. In addition we also offer "Try Them" kits based on various themes to let both new and experience cloth users try some new fluff, but with a guarantee to buy-back any items which dont suit for a partial refund within a specific timeframe. 4. Trust We will always dispatch our nappies using trackable means, giving the buyer confidence that their nappies have been dispatched and ensuring a speedy resolution should any items be lost in post.
