We are all about food, and not just any food, But GOOD Wholesome Food! It really is true that you are what you eat, so why do you fill your body will junk that has artificial ingredients, that you can not even pronounce. When grown carefully, you can have the sweetest offering the earth can provide. There is nothing as wonderfully as a fresh carrot that is grown in perfectly balanced soil. You will think that honey has been drizzled all over it.....only there will not be the calories. We have no problem getting our children to eat their veggies, unless we feed them traditionally grown veggies from a mass producer that does not care about quality. Always, buy local! We understand that not everyone is ready to take the organic jump. Perhaps you do not understand what it is all about, or what the hoopla is all about? Just think prior to putting something in your mouth, would you want to cover it with chemicals, perhaps petroleum or maybe round up? Conventional farmers have relied on the use of chemicals to control weeds and disease, never thinking that there will be any affect on people. If this is true, why is there an increase in diseases over the past 50 years that range from cancer, autoimmune issues, and even behavioral related depression and ADHD? If you think about it, you will see a steady rise in chemical exposure in our food systems since WW II, and also a rise in health related issues? Is this a mere coincidence.........We will leave that for you to decide! If you are interested in a wholesome approach to clean cooking/eating, we will be more than willing to assist you in your transition and help supply you with the best offerings available. We are currently not certified organic, but you can believe, we follow the organic practices and are working towards certification in the near future.
