Description

Dr. Mubina Jiwa, ND is the director of Essence of Health and an associate professor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is the chief naturopathic doctor naturopathic expert for Gemoscan Canada, as well as for a variety of online resources such as Organically Hatched. She also manages a private practice in the GTA and consults for several companies. Dr. Jiwa has developed and presented a continuing education seminar for pharmacists on Immno-based Food Intolerances, accredited by the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy (CCCEP). She is a resource to pharmacists, medical doctors and naturopaths who are interested in immuno-based food intolerance. Dr. Jiwa specializes in acupuncture, weight management, body composition, diabetes management, fertility, anti-aging and cosmetic rejuvenation. Dr. Jiwa appears frequently on radio and television, including recent spots on CityTV’s Breakfast Television, CP24, Global News, CBC and CHUM FM, and has contributed to various publications such as “Zoomer “ and “Chatelaine”.
