Women's health and hormone balance is complicated. Hormone imbalance creates anxiety, depression, infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, acne, endometriosis, menopause symptoms, weight gain, painful periods, migraines and fatigue. I have successfully used only natural medicines including herbs, vitamins, minerals, diet, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to restore healthy hormone balance for 15 years. I'm passionate about vibrant health!

Certain birth control pills have been linked with a higher risk for MS, those containing norethindrone or levonorgestrel, brands include Loestrin, Micronor, Alesse, Aviane, Min Ovral, Seasonale and Triphasil. If you are on any of these, you may want to consider switching pills, or choose another method of birth control.
Healthy pasta options: 1. Zucchini noodles - thin strips lengthwise make great lasagna noodles 2. Spaghetti squash - just cook and scoop out the threads for low carb spaghetti 3. Cucumbers for cold pasta salad 4. Kelp noodles - these are crunchy, fairly tasteless, great mixed in a salad 5. Eggplant - sliced for lasagna is great!
