Will Spring arrive? Will We Be Ready? Spring is suppose to arrive on the Equinox which is March 20 or 21st. Although our weather might not support this statement sometimes, it is a time of fresh starts. In spring when I can see the buds starting on the trees outside my window and hear the sounds of the ducks and geese as they fly back I know it's a new beginning. Along with this new beginning we can experience new physical and emotional growth through restoring health. Are you feeling stressed and frustrated, hitting out at family and friends? Do you feel rudderless, not able to make decisions in your life. If you are a woman, do you feel you have more PMS than usual. These feelings are a sign that your Wood Element or the energy of your Liver and Gall Bladder might be unbalanced. Have your energy levels checked at the Neil Clinic.
