We also use Interparcel, UPS and TNT specialist services plus bespoke arrangements for difficult/hazardous cargo. Webship – is our online ordering tool. It is simple to use and pre programmed with the RELEVENT rates, services, etc for each customer, which saves significant time when approaching the job of shipping a parcel. It also stores data for regular shipments. Standard time to ship a package or parcel using the tool is one and a half minutes. The air way bill and documentation is then automatically printed. Customer Service – we often act as a customer’s outsourced shipping department providing advice and quotations for those items not pre programmed into Webship.
