My Name is Sonia, Sonia Hussein and I started my own home based business in August 2013.My background has been in hospitality and for the last 4 years -the corporate world of Medical Devices. I loved my job and climbed the career ladder quickly. This all changed when I gave birth to my son Leo and instantly my priorities different. Having something so precious made me realise how important ‘time’ is. I wasn't in control of my life, my time or how I wanted to spend it. Initially I wanted a couple of hundred pounds a month to plump up SMP as we were renovating our home from scratch. After six weeks I received my first promotion along with pay rise and I steadily built my team. Fast forward to now the extra money has allowed me to have a full year’s maternity which would never have been possible before due to all our home improvements. I used the money to help pay for my dream kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately due to my contract I have had to return to work which put everything in my life on hold. I've had to reprogram myself from being a stay at home mommy back to having a corporate lifestyle, travelling all over the UK, spending long days away from home and my little baby and even longer hours on the laptop. This was a shock to the system to say the least. After a couple of hard months struggling to keep my head above the water I am totally focused on my goal. I am expecting our second baby in January and spending time with my growing family is what is driving me. I am so excited to be developing my Forever business and working towards matching my income and being able to have that freedom to bring up my children and enjoy an incredible lifestyle. All with the support of an amazing company. I have learnt to take control, think about what it is I really want, make goals and achieve them.
