This is and ENT office with providers Dr. Nila M. Novotny and Kayla Dicke PA-C. Dr. Novotny is a board certified Otolaryngologist who finished her training at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in 1987. Kayla finished her training at UNMC in 2007 and joined the practice. They provide care for ear, nose and throat diseases and head and neck surgery. This is an independent practice adjoining Columbus Community Hospital. Dr. Novotny is the 2013 President of the Nebraska Academy of Otolaryngology and a committee member in the National Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. She is Chair of the Surgical Services Committee and serves on the Medical Services Quality Council at Columbus Community Hospital. Dr. Novotny is a member or the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, AMA, NMA, Association of Women Surgeons and the Platte Valley Medical Society. She is active in many community organizations including the Noon Lions Club, 4-H leader, Federated Church Choir and committees, Big Pals Little Pals Board of Directors and many others.
