Hi! I’m a 43 year old mother of two. All of my life I strived to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, which best enabled me to have fit physique. Until having my children it was a pretty attainable feat. After 18 years of waiting and thinking we wouldn’t have a family, I surprisingly and unexpectedly became pregnant!
