Congratulations to Twisted Illusion and Iodine Sky supporting Kobra and the lotus at ruby lounge the other night, All bands put on a great show, unfortunately for a few days, one of our tech's may be out of action, Pending a visit to the hospital, we may have to take some time away for a little while from live performance teching, as he is unable to lift any weight or put strain on his spine / back, we will keep you guys updated on the situation, We hope our guy gets better soon!

Right, I think we need to clear a few things up.. A customer contacted us wishing to collect their items it went roughly as follows Customer : When can i collect my stuff Us : When you pay up your account Customer : but you only examined it and checked it out, not actually did anything Us : Doing said examining and checking out on your instrument in question is not a short process, in total it took us nearly 4 hours to go over everything on your instrument, you expect us to do that for nothing, this was made VERY clear to you when you dropped it off that a fee for examination is payable if it takes more than an hour, and with all the various options upon your guitar that is a given. Customer : But no actual work was done Us : Are you numb? are you blind? red our above message The customer never replied ------------ Yes we will endevour to pursue this as we are putting together a new agreement deal if you dont pay for your work up front you have 60 days with which to either clear the account or we can take measures to recover monies owed to us in ways we deem feasible (including selling product) (yes we will include all this on the contract so in the end if we have to resort to retailing said goods, you signed for this to happen if you didnt pay and it is NOBODIES fault but your own) On a lighter note however, how is everyones day? We may have a few shop guitars up for sale soon aswell (personally owned by staff)

Warning RANT Alert! Right, im sorry we have to say this but can we please make a few things clear? Ok here goes.. When you drop an instrument with us for repair , and you sign the agreement to pay when works completed. Then decide half way through that you can't afford the work read what it clearly states in the first part: If you cancel work early before the due collection or delivery date, you are still liable for work completed up until that date as we log everything as and when we do it for you as a mark to show you our progress when work completed. We do not under any circumstances take threats of violence or threats to our staff in any way shape or form, the customer is lucky they got their equipment without the police involved, we will still be pressing through relevant channels to receive payment. Authorities are already involved. Even when I had your equipment dropped off you tried threatening one of our staff, Unfortunately we anticipated this, the incident HAS been recorded and if payment isnt received within seven days we will be pressing on matters with the police. We are sorry it had to come to this but if we receive threats like this and our staff's livelihood are put under threat, you will not get away with it Thanks to our loyal and GOOD Customers who love our work and are guaranteed to always support us through thick and thin (and a couple of you for backing us up tonight) Thanks guys
