Our burgers are made using our own exclusive recipe developed with our butcher who works with some of the finest Michelin star restaurants in the UK. All beef is Welsh and aged between 28 and 35 days. We add nothing to it. We just treat it with the respect it deserves - in short it’s nothing but…pure Welsh dry-aged steak. We have our very own exceptionally talented local artisan baker who makes our unique buns to compliment the burger in all the right ways. Always fresh! Watch out for our special guest buns! Our sides include the delicious Cockle Popcorn - fresh from Gower! All veg of course is locally sourced where possible. We strive to make everything in our burgers ourselves using the finest ingredients. Basically, nothing but... simply fabulous burgers
