Here at Nourishing Bites, I make delicious, wholesome treats and snacks that meet a broad range of dietary requirements. I use the highest-quality organic ingredients to create special handmade goodies that are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and utterly rich and satisfying. From moist, fudgy walnut brownies made with Loving Earth’s delectable raw dark chocolate and coconut oil to delicious inca and oat cookies made with raw cacao nibs and South American dried incaberries for a flavoursome twist, these treats do not disappoint! Over the past few years, I’ve discovered that I feel much better without refined sugar, dairy and gluten in my diet, but what's life without treats? My desire to develop wholesome alternatives for myself that still satisfied my sweet tooth has blossomed into a passion for working with the many people dealing with food allergies and intolerances or just looking to make healthier choices. My treats are available to purchase at a range of cafes / shops in Townsville, Cairns and Mackay (listed below). Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to place a bulk order for any of my treats or would like me to make you something unique! I am always working on new recipes to add to my range including introducing some savoury goodies over the next couple of months. I am also training to be a Health and Wellness coach with the US-based Institute of Integrative Nutrition. As of early July, I will commence working with clients who would like support in setting and achieving health and wellbeing goals by making some simple and sensible changes in their diets and lifestyle.
