Temporary Recruitment Consultant Required Now Careers - Cardiff - Accountancy & Finance Division Salary of £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience Now Careers, a well established privately owned recruitment business with offices throughout the UK and Australia, has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join their well established team based out of their Cardiff office. Working for our leading Accountancy Division, we are seeking an individual to join the team as a temporaries consultant. Now Careers is a business that focuses on the ambitions not only of our clients and candidates, but the careers of its own people. We are seeking an individual that has previous experience of managing a busy temporaries desk, experience within this sector would be highly advantageous although not essential. We require a self-starter who has a proven track record of working to targets, tight deadlines and forging strong relationships. You will be resilient, hungry to succeed with the passion and desire to build a successful accountancy desk. As a consultant, you will be responsible for an assignment from inception to completion, meeting clients, account management, candidate sourcing and selection, tendering for business and providing career advice, all the way through to salary/contract negotiations. You will be passionate in delivering an exceptional service and keeping the Now Careers name at the forefront of our candidates’ and clients’ minds. You will need to be a strong sales person, with the determination to succeed in your recruitment career.
