Description

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy that can help you on the road to good health. It is suitable for those with chronic conditions and those who are interested in enhancing their health and wellbeing. In the clinic you can talk to our student therapists about a personalised diet plan that suits your lifestyle. The students are able to provide you with a friendly and confidential service. Students work to the BANT and CNHC codes of ethics and conduct and are fully supervised by qualified and registered nutritional therapists. What to expect at your consultation: 1) Before attending the clinic you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire and food diary. Your student therapist will use these to plan a personal nutritional programme for you. 2) At your initial consultation you will discuss your symptoms or concerns and you will work with your student therapist to plan some changes to your diet. This appointment should last about an hour. 3) At the follow up appointment you will review your health and will plan further diet changes. You may also want to discuss possible supplements or tests if this is appropriate. The follow up appointment should take about 45 minutes.
