NuYu Fitness is an advanced metabolic training method based on functional fitness principles. It is designed to quickly burn fat whilst drastically improving cardio and muscular fitness. It also aids health by promoting mobility, flexibility and posture. Our Meta-Blast Classes consist of a 10 minute mobility warm up which corrects posture and improves flexibility. Following that we use any combination of 5 methods and 16 protocols with over 100 different exercises to create a fast paced 30 minute bodyweight workout. The session finished with a 5 minute stretch cool down to aid recovery and flexibility. This is a sure way to get the results you desire - we give every new member a 121 consultation and talk about specific goals. We then get to work on that goal and test and measure against it regularly. To calculate your Heart rate zones: (the simple version) Calculate 220-your age. That would be your theoretical max, then workout a percentage of that number. EG 220-29 = 191. 65% = 191 X 0.65 = 124bpm There are more accurate and scientific ways to calculate individuals Heart rates which I would use during personal training but the above method is a good general guide. How hard do you need to workout?? Use these heart rate guidelines in your training for great results in fat burning. 65% max heart rate for 20 seconds 85% max heart rate for 1 minute This style of training is called interval training and is immense for fat burning. I will be posting a tutorial on how to calculate HR soon 😎
