After graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy and Remedial Therapy from RMIT in 2013, Steph's passion for helping people gain and maintain their health and wellbeing to it's most optimal has grown strongly. Within treatments, as suited to each individual client, Steph may opt to use modalities such as Dry Needling, Vacuum Cupping and MyoFascial Tension Release plus many more. With a keen focus on maintaining optimal function and decreasing pain and injury prevention, Steph bases her treatments and consultations on pain as a multi-dimensional concept, not only is it physical, but hugely mental and psychological as well (so if I ask you how you've been recently, I'm not just making polite conversation!)
