OC Firefighters deliver: Regional Dispatching * EMS services from 60 fire stations for both paramedic and emergency medical technicians * Structural fire protection; residential, commercial, industrial, and high-rise incidents * Wildland fire protection including water-dropping helicopter * Urban Search and Rescue * Swift Water Rescue * High Angle and Back Country Rescue * Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (John Wayne Airport) * Hazardous Material response and scene management * Support Services: Fire Safety Inspection and Code Enforcement; Fire Investigation; Planning and Development of new construction; Public Education; Regional Training Center

General Info

The Executive Board of the OCPFA is comprised of 9 highly motivated officers and directors. They are chosen at large from the entire membership and their terms run for 2 years. Each board member brings a diverse and varied background to the OCPFA that enhances our decision making processes and brings a cross section of knowledge and understanding that targets every demographic of our membership. Also, continuing to offer his background and expertise as our Business Agent is Vice President Emeritis John Latta. The board and membership of the OCPFA are also fortunate to have Cynthia Monreal as our Office Manager. Cynthia handles all the day-to-day administration, operational and logistical issues, and is the first point of contact when you phone the office. Our office is located at 1900 East Warner Avenue, Suite G, Santa Ana, 92705 near the corner of Warner & Red Hill.

Rebuilding Together Orange County is dramatically changing neighborhoods and lives by helping deserving homeowners live independently in warmth, comfort and safety. Rebuilding Together provides home repair and modification services to low-income homeowner-residents throughout Orange County. All services are provided at no charge to recipients. Rebuilding Together Orange County projects are financed by generous donations from corporations, foundations, banks, service clubs and individuals. Through in-kind donations of goods and services coupled with the hard work of volunteer skilled trades persons and energetic workers with varying skill levels, each dollar is, at minimum, quadrupled in the value delivered to recipients.
