OC Mommas & Babes offers a therapeutic approach to the classic Pregnancy and Mommy and Me groups in Orange County, each program is organized by your due or baby's birth date and designed to support you through those beautifully challenging first few months of motherhood. Mommas and Babes was founded and is led by a certified infant/newborn specialist, licensed vocational nurse but most importantly a Momma! Our unique programming is therapeutic, educational, and comforting. Our expert panel consists of licensed psychologists, lactation consultant's, licensed psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, infant sleep specialist, doulas, and registered dietitians presenting on a variety of topics to include breastfeeding challenges, sleep training, attachment and bonding with baby, nurturing your relationship with your significant other, baby massage, postpartum depression and anxiety, pregnancy nutrition and body image, self care, transition to and from maternity leave and more! As imperative as our content is to the new Momma, the friendships you will develop from the other Mommas in your group will be instrumental. OC Mommas and Babes is non judgmental safe haven for new Mommas. Our programs are designed to support, empower, and educate!
